Cotton conveyor belt/polyester cotton conveyor belt

1. Cotton canvas is woven by cotton fibers both in warp and in weft, its elongation is relatively low, it is good in mechanical fastening and adhesion with rubber.

2.  Cotton conveyor belt has relatively little deformation under high temperature, suitable for short-distance and light-load transportation.

3.  Polyester cotton conveyor belt is the upgraded product of cotton conveyor belt. And its resistant tension body is woven by polyester cotton fibers in warp and cotton fibers in weft. Its comprehensive physical and mechanical characteristics are obviously better than those of cotton conveyor belt, especially the belt body is thinner and lighter, the belt has better anti-shock.

4.  Thus the belt has better use function can reduce energy and material consumption for users. It is suitable for medium, short-distance and moderate-load transportation of materials.

Nylon conveyor belt/EP conveyor belt

1.  Nylon is one of the best quality synthetic fibers in rubber industry nowadays.

2.  The nylon canvas is woven by nylon fibers both in warp and in weft, it is the most widely used fabric in rubber industry, and its outstanding merits are its high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and good fatigue resistance.

3.  Conveyor belts with nylon canvas inside have the characteristics of thin belt body. High tensile strength, good anti-shock, good trough ability, high adhesion between plies, splendid flexibility and long working life.

4.  Nylon conveyor belts are suitable for medium, long-distance and heavy-load transportation of materials, widely used in mining, metallurgical industry and architectural industry, ports and so on.

Classic V-belt

1.  Shielding cloth: it is made of the special cotton canvas which ensures the belt to be elongation resistant and wearable, making the surface layer laughter.

2.   Buffered rubber: the rubber with good performance, high wearing resistance. Low compress and distortion, which keeps the belt in normal shape during operation and protects the elongation resistant part (reinforce) in the belt.

3.    Elongation resistant part (reinforce): the main partcontribules to high strength of the belt, It is composed of polyester threads with high elongation resistance.

Oil resistant conveyor belt

1.  The product is made of cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas and finished through the processes of pressing, shaping, vulcanizing etc. It is suitable for conveying oil materials.

2.   Oil resistant conveyor belt have two types according to cover properies;Anti-abrasive type(D),and Ordinary type(L)

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

1.  The carcass of the product selects cotton canvas or EP canvas as skeleton material. Cover rubber and cushion rubber is styrene-butadiene rubber chlorobutadiene that has well heat-resistant.

2.  The product can work under the temperature of 120°C.Heat-resistant conveyor belt widely used in industries of metallurgy, cement, coking, steel etc.

3.   Heat-proof conveyor belts are categorized in four models

Mode I: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 100°C,code S1;
Mode II: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 125°C,code S2;
Mode III: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 150°C,code S3;
Mode IV: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 175°C,code S4;

Cold Resistant conveyor belt

1.   Select cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas as belt core, select natural and butadiene rubber combinations as cover rubber. It is characterized by high elasticity, impact-proof and cold-proof. It can work under the temperature of-40°C

2.   Usage:It is suitable for conveyor materials outdoor or in freezing garage in cold regions.

3.   Technical index

a. Cold-proof conveyor belts have three types, named (a) crack-resistant, (b) abrasion-resistant and (c) common types according to the characteristics of cover rubber.

 b. According to cold proof performance, this kind of belt is categorized into two grades S1 and S2. It can use under the temperature between-45°Cand +50°C; the ambient temperature is -60°C -- +50°C.

Endless belt

1.  Endless conveyor belt is conveyor belt without joint; its feature is that there is on joint in belt carcass, so that the belt shall not be shortened in service lift.

2.  Due to early failure in the joints of the belt, it is flat in surface and even in tesion, thus it rums smoothly with low elongation.

Steel Cord conveyor belt

1. High tensile strength: The belts are suitable for large span, long distance transportation of materials
2. Small elongation in use: The belts need only a very short take-up stroke distance.
3. Small diameter of drive pulley: The belt body has a layer of longitudinally arranged steel cords as its skeleton, and thus is flexible and fatigue - resistant. Therefore, drive pulley of smaller diameter can be used to make the equipment smaller
4. High adhesion between rubber and steel cord: The steel cords are coated with zinc on their surface, and also the rubber has the property of good adhesion with steel cords, therefore the rubber is tightly adhered to the steel cords that are shock resistant and hard to peel off, which make the belt long life.
5. Even tension of steel cords: Out of our advanced techniques in manufacturing, the steel cords are very equably arranged and have the same tension, so the belts are well balanced in running and difficult to run away.
6. Good through ability: As the belt body has no transverse skeleton, it is easy to form a deep trough, so the belts can load more materials and prevent the materials from escaping.
7. Inspection of the belt with X-rays: Users can use X-rays to inspect damages of the skeleton, the steel cords on the conveyor machines to prevent accidents.

Usage
Steel cord conveyor belts are widely used in high strength, long distance and heavy load transportation of materials, and they are also used in high strength and short distance transportation of materials on special occasions.

Chemical resistant conveyor belt

1. The cotton-canvas, nylon -or EP -canvas as the carcass, the belt has good elasticity, excellent through ability, and low elongation, the rubber cover, which is made from chemical resistant materials, has fine anti-chemical corrosiveness and good physical properties.

2. It is suitable for conveying materials with chemical corrosiveness in chemical factory. Chemical fertilizer factory, paper mill, mining industry etc.
